Brenda is back again! Jason and Sam are back from the ambush that Sonny caused. Sam doesn't care about Jason's business and just wants to be with him no matter what. Sonny shot Johnny on Baker's Street point blank and both were armed but Ronnie managed to make it look like murder by throwing Johnny's gun into the lake. Sonny claims it was done in self defense but there is not enough information to support his testimony. Sonny decided to break bail and head off to Italy to meet with his long lost love Brenda. Little does he know that Brenda is engaged to someone else. And meanwhile the Russian mob decided to shoot her boyfriend right when Sonny finally runs into her.

Lisa is on an evil rampage. While Robin was off in Africa supporting Stone's HIV cancer society, Patrick gets extremely drunk with Lisa Niles the new surgeon in Port Charles, and then lies to Robin and pretends everything is fine. That would've worked too if he didn't admit to Robin that he did actually sleep with Lisa. So Robin tries to make amends with Patrick by driving up to the pier to meet him, meanwhile Lisa is hiding in the bushes as Robin comes up to Patrick and she decides to jump in front of the car and blame it on Robin. And as if that isn't enough, she takes the bear in the car and tries to destroy it in the lab at the hospital. Lisa tried to steal Robin's HIV meds out of her locker and replace them with fake ones. And then Lisa tries to steal Robin and Patrick's baby and take Emma out for ice cream without her permission.

Micheal doesn't want to go to his last year of high school because he thinks working for his father's mob is a better suit for him. Carly pays Brooklynn to sleep with Dante to break up Lulu and Dante's relationship. Then Carly tries to make amends with Lulu. So then Brooklynn tries staying at the Quartermaine's house where she tries to steal 25 million dollars from Edward. Then she tries to get money from Nickolas. Nickolas is willing to pay her if she goes to a dance and sleeps with him.
